These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.regenerativemedicaltourism.com, including the information, features, consultation-request tools, communications, and related services available through this website (collectively, the “Website”).

By accessing or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

2. Website Use and Eligibility

This Website is intended primarily for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13.

If you are under 18, you should use this Website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful, personal, and legitimate purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

3. Medical Information — Not Medical Advice

Information provided through this Website is intended for general educational and informational purposes only.

Website content is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, examination, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.

Accessing this Website, submitting a form, requesting information, communicating with our staff, or scheduling an initial consultation does not, by itself, establish a physician-patient relationship.

A physician-patient relationship is established only after appropriate clinical requirements have been completed and a qualified healthcare professional has agreed to provide care.

Treatment recommendations, eligibility, potential risks, benefits, alternatives, expected outcomes, recovery times, and suitability vary by patient and procedure.

No treatment outcome or result is guaranteed. Individual results may vary.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical attention.

4. Regenerative Medicine and Treatment Information

Information concerning regenerative medicine, cellular therapies, biologic products, platelet-based therapies, peptides, or other treatments is provided for educational purposes and should not be interpreted as a representation that a particular treatment is appropriate for you.

The regulatory status of regenerative medicine products and procedures can vary depending on the product, intended use, and treatment.

Certain regenerative medicine products, procedures, or uses may be investigational or may not be approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for a particular condition or indication.

Where applicable, the treating healthcare professional will discuss the nature of the proposed treatment, available alternatives, potential risks and benefits, regulatory considerations, and informed-consent requirements before treatment.

Nothing on this Website constitutes a guarantee of FDA approval, medical effectiveness, safety, or a particular clinical outcome.

5. Treatment Eligibility

Not every person who contacts Beyond Stem Cells International will qualify for every treatment, procedure, or service described on the Website.

Eligibility is determined following an appropriate evaluation by a qualified healthcare professional.

A patient's medical history, current condition, medications, contraindications, treatment goals, travel considerations, and other relevant factors may affect eligibility.

We reserve the right to decline or postpone scheduling when a healthcare professional determines that further evaluation is needed or that a treatment is not appropriate.

6. Patient Agreements and Informed Consent

Medical treatment may be governed by separate documents, including:

  • Informed-consent forms

  • Patient financial agreements

  • Treatment agreements

  • Cancellation and rescheduling policies

  • Privacy notices

  • Medical-history forms

  • Financing agreements

  • Pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions

Those documents are separate from these Website Terms.

If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a signed agreement relating specifically to a patient's medical treatment, payment obligations, financing, cancellation terms, or informed consent, the applicable signed agreement will control with respect to that subject matter.

7. Medical Tourism and Concierge Services

Beyond Stem Cells International may assist patients with coordinating aspects of their visit to Colorado, which may include:

  • Lodging

  • Ground transportation

  • Airport transportation

  • Dining arrangements

  • Local activities

  • Tourism experiences

  • Travel coordination

  • Concierge assistance

  • Other services associated with a patient's visit

Certain travel, hotel, lodging, transportation, restaurant, tourism, entertainment, or concierge services may be provided by independent third-party businesses.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, these third-party providers are independent entities and are responsible for their own services, availability, performance, safety, policies, cancellations, and terms.

Beyond Stem Cells International does not control airline schedules, hotel operations, transportation providers, weather conditions, traffic conditions, tourism providers, restaurants, or other independent third parties.

Travel arrangements may be affected by weather, flight disruptions, transportation delays, accommodation availability, medical considerations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Patients are responsible for ensuring that they are medically able to travel and for complying with any travel restrictions, recovery requirements, or post-procedure instructions provided by their healthcare professional.

8. Travel Documentation and Responsibilities

Patients traveling to Colorado are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any identification, passports, visas, travel authorizations, insurance, or other documentation required for their travel.

International and out-of-state patients are responsible for determining whether any laws, regulations, insurance requirements, or travel restrictions applicable to their place of residence affect their ability to receive treatment or travel for medical care.

Beyond Stem Cells International cannot guarantee the issuance of visas, entry permissions, airline transportation, or other government or third-party travel approvals.

9. Pricing, Deposits, Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Prices, package descriptions, promotional offers, financing options, and availability may change from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are expressed in U.S. Dollars.

Applicable taxes, travel expenses, third-party charges, processing fees, or other costs may apply depending on the service or package selected.

Payment methods available at the time of booking or purchase will be communicated during the reservation or payment process.

Deposits, procedure payments, package payments, cancellations, rescheduling, credits, and refunds are governed by the financial and cancellation policies presented to the patient at the time of booking or purchase.

Where an independent hotel, airline, transportation provider, financing company, tourism operator, or other third party is involved, that provider's separate payment, cancellation, and refund policies may also apply.

10. Financing and Third-Party Payment Services

Financing options, payment plans, or credit services displayed or discussed through the Website may be provided by independent third-party financing or payment companies.

Approval for financing is not guaranteed and may be subject to creditworthiness, eligibility requirements, interest rates, fees, and separate agreements established by the financing provider.

Beyond Stem Cells International is not responsible for a third-party lender's approval decisions, credit terms, interest charges, or lending practices.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and its content—including text, graphics, logos, branding, layouts, photographs, videos, designs, illustrations, and other materials—are owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by Beyond Stem Cells International.

You may access, view, download, or print Website materials for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, display, sell, license, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Website content without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and brand elements displayed on the Website remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Testimonials, Reviews, and Before-and-After Images

Testimonials, reviews, case examples, and before-and-after photographs appearing on the Website may describe the experiences of individual patients.

These experiences are personal to those individuals and should not be interpreted as a promise, guarantee, or representation that another patient will experience the same or similar results.

Treatment response, healing, recovery, cosmetic outcomes, hair growth, pain relief, mobility, and other outcomes vary from person to person.

Where photographs are used to illustrate actual treatment results, individual results may differ.

13. Website Images and Illustrations

Certain photographs, videos, illustrations, graphics, or other visual materials used on the Website may be professionally produced, licensed, stock, representative, digitally created, or used for illustrative purposes.

Unless specifically identified as an actual patient, physician, facility, treatment, or treatment result, a person or setting depicted in Website imagery should not necessarily be interpreted as representing an actual patient, provider, facility, or clinical result.

14. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Website to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, threatening, or harmful activity.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, servers, databases, accounts, networks, or security systems.

  • Introduce viruses, malware, malicious code, or other harmful technology.

  • Interfere with or disrupt Website operation or security.

  • Impersonate another person, business, healthcare professional, or organization.

  • Collect or harvest information from the Website without authorization.

  • Copy or commercially exploit Website content without permission.

  • Use automated systems, bots, scraping tools, or similar technology in a manner that places an unreasonable burden on the Website or violates these Terms.

15. Privacy

We take privacy seriously.

Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information obtained through this Website are described in our Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information through the Website.

Information provided specifically in connection with medical care may also be subject to additional healthcare privacy protections and the privacy practices of the healthcare provider responsible for your care.

Where applicable, patients will receive or have access to the appropriate Notice of Privacy Practices.

16. Information Submitted Through Website Forms

When you complete a form, request information, schedule a consultation, or otherwise communicate with us through the Website, you may be asked to provide information such as your:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Telephone number

  • Treatment interest

  • Preferred method of communication

  • Other information necessary to respond to your inquiry

Please do not submit highly sensitive medical information through a general website contact form unless the form specifically requests that information and provides an appropriate method for doing so.

Medical information necessary for treatment decisions may be collected separately through appropriate patient intake and clinical systems.

17. Email and Electronic Communications

By contacting us electronically, you consent to receiving communications from us electronically in response to your inquiry or as otherwise permitted by law.

Electronic communications may include email, appointment information, consultation follow-up, treatment-related communications, administrative notices, and other information associated with your request.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and keeping that information current.

18. SMS and Text Messaging

If you voluntarily provide your mobile telephone number and affirmatively consent to receive text messages where requested, Beyond Stem Cells International may send text messages relating to your inquiry, consultation, appointments, services, or other communications for which you have provided consent.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

You may opt out of receiving text messages by replying STOP.

You may reply HELP for assistance.

Opting out of marketing text messages does not prevent us from contacting you through other methods when necessary regarding an existing appointment, transaction, or treatment relationship as permitted by applicable law.

19. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Website may contain references or links to independent third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, financing providers, hotels, transportation companies, tourism providers, social-media platforms, or other services.

These third parties operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, security procedures, and business practices.

A link, reference, or relationship with a third party does not necessarily constitute a guarantee or endorsement of that third party's products or services.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or independent actions of third-party websites or service providers.

20. Website Availability

We may modify, update, temporarily suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Website when reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee that the Website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, software updates, internet outages, third-party service interruptions, cybersecurity incidents, technical failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

21. Accuracy of Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information.

However, medical knowledge, treatment options, pricing, package availability, regulations, travel information, and other information may change.

The Website may occasionally contain typographical errors, outdated information, omissions, or inaccuracies.

We reserve the right to correct or update Website information when appropriate.

For current information concerning a specific treatment, package, price, or service, please contact Beyond Stem Cells International directly.

22. No Guarantee of Availability

Descriptions of treatments, procedures, packages, accommodations, transportation, promotions, or other services do not guarantee that those services will be available to every person or on every requested date.

Availability may depend on physician evaluation, scheduling, staffing, medical eligibility, lodging availability, transportation availability, third-party services, and other factors.

23. Disclaimer of Website Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that Website content will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical errors.

Information provided through the Website should not be relied upon as a substitute for individualized medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Nothing in this section limits any legal duty, professional responsibility, patient right, or healthcare obligation that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beyond Stem Cells International and its affiliated entities will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from your access to, reliance upon, or inability to use this Website.

Beyond Stem Cells International is not responsible for losses resulting solely from independent third-party travel providers, airlines, hotels, transportation providers, restaurants, tourism operators, financing companies, internet providers, or other independent businesses, except where responsibility is imposed by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for professional healthcare services, patient rights, negligence, consumer protections, statutory rights, or other obligations that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Medical-care-related rights and responsibilities are governed by applicable law and by the agreements and informed-consent documents associated with the patient's care.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Website, business practices, services, technology, or applicable requirements.

When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this Website with an updated effective date.

Separate patient, treatment, financing, payment, or service agreements may contain additional terms or dispute-resolution provisions.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

28. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it in the future.

29. Entire Agreement Regarding Website Use
